Is there a minimum rental amount?
– Yes and No. In peak season (Oct 1st – May 31st) we require a minimum rental order of $500 and that does not include our delivery and pick up fees. In off season we do not have a minimum order amount.
Do we deliver and pick up?
– Yes, we offer delivery and pick up of your rented items. The fee depends on the items being rented, the delivery/pick up location and the day of the week. Small items are available for client pick up during designated hours. All couches and love seats are delivery/pick up by Vintage Chic Rentals only.
Is there a security deposit required to reserve items?
-Yes, we require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% when reserving items. If you are booking less than 30 days out then full payment is required.
Do you set up and style events?
-We can do a set up and style for an hourly rate, with a minimum of 3 hrs. That does include our travel time and you must be renting some of our inventory.
Can I come look at the inventory?
-Yes, by appointment only
What if a piece is broken or damaged during my event?
-We understand that things happen, however if the damage is bad enough to need a professional repair you will be liable for the cost. If a piece is damaged beyond repair then you will be liable for the book value of the piece.
